Invalid work que item after fresh install

    I just wipe a hard drive on a Gateway M210 laptop. Re-installed windows XP, boots up to a blue screen and flashes real quick Invalid work que item. I'm using a corporate copy of Windows XP. Does anyone have any thoughts?

    It boots up past the black Windows XP screen and then flashes the blue screen.
