invisible files filling my drive

SOMETHING is putting invisible files on my D drive and they are only leaving 152Mb of free space. The drive is almost empty with little applications and data stored there. The computer has 2 drives and most are on the C drive which is unaffected. Windows XP Professional is installed. The affected D drive is 4.99GB of which 151 Mb is free. I have set the option t show invisible files but I can't.
PLEASE can you help. Maybe I could ask for it to be exorcized

Heh, funny story with me is, one time I was playing around with webcam xp, and somehow clicked "record video", and at the end of the day a popup came up saying "low diskspace".. So, I'm all kinds of "WTF", and went looking for some enormous log file, or something that wasn't right.

Well, I downloaded TreeSize, and instantly saw a .. shit I forget how big but.. multi-gig .avi heh. I laughed, but cried on the inside for feeling like an idiot.

Anyways, try that out, maybe you can locate the files or something.
