Good morning. This is my first time using the site, and I'm excited to regain control of my PC. Problem: I believe I have multiple problems, like a HiJacked browser, possible worm.win32.ladex, etc. But one thing at a time. My Norton Anti-Virus detects rundlg32.dll but will not delete it. I've even tried it in safe mode, with no success. The location is: C:\windows\download program files\conflict.1\rundlg32.dll. I can not view this in windows explorer and can not locate the .dll file in my registry. It appears to be invisible. Does anyone have any experience with this? What is it and how do I get rid of it? FYI: I run Norton Anti-Virus, Ad-aware 6.0, spyware blaster, HiJackThis.

Thank you for your suggestion. I downloaded Hijackthis, identified the "invisible spyware files" that I wanted to remove upon reboot and executed. It took care of it no problem. My next step is to follow the administrators suggestions to get rid of all my other spyware related issues. Thanks again.
