IObit 6.0

    Hello everyone. Can you help a newcomer from the UK please. I have IObit 6.0 installed on an XP pc. When I tried to upgrade to 6.1 I was denied because the uninstall file was missing from 6.0 and it would not either uninstall automatically or allow me to unistall through control panel. Where do I go from here please.

    If you still have the installation file from your downloads, try re-installing over the top of the current installation the version 6.0 again. This should in effect do a repair of the app and allow you to uninstall, or upgrade to the beat version 6.1.

    Thank you for replies. It seems that the program was running and when I switched on later I was able to remove the folder and install 6.1. Nice to know that there are people like you all to help.
