   I am new to this "forum thing" I see answers to questions - where do I ask questions ?
   
   I need help with IOBIT Smart Defrqg software. I will wait to get an answer as to where I go for help - and how to ask a question in the correct area.

   Software would be good. You can not remove it from Add\Remove programs? Ill try and contact the author for you.

   Checked with the author, he said to make sure the program is not running. Look in your system try (bottom right corner of your screen) and if it is running, right click the icon and close. Then uninstall.
