    Hey Guys,
    I was surfing the forums and I stumbled across thread here. That directed me to:

    and I found this IObit Toolbox:

    I don't really understand what this is/does (the description didn't help much).
    So my question is: What does this do and would it be helpful in basic computer repair(hopefully leading to more advanced repair)
