IP address wont change

Hello every time i open firefoz

my default page is google

it brings up malaysia google

instead of asutralia google

i check whatismyip.com

and it brings up someone elses ip address

how do i change this so it is my ip
again

 

That IS your IP (unless whatismyip.com went haywire).. you can also check it by doing Start -> RUN _> type in "cmd" and hit enter, at the new command prompt window type in ipconfig/all and look for the IP Address, however if you are behind a router or hub it may be displaying ur local area network address. Remeber you may be paying for a dymanic (Changing) IP so it will chance with frequncy. Also you cant manually change your IP, if people coudl do this the internet wouldn't work, If you look around the mozilla firefox page i am sure that there is a way to change it back to austraila
