IP Address

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this question but I will have a go here. Please let me know if it should be elsewhere.

I use Zone Alarm firewall and I was wondering when it blocks incoming access and gives you an IP, is it possible somehow to locate the IP address or find out where the access atempt is coming from?

I keep geting access attempts from a few different IPs. The main one being 24.64.243.222

I looked on the internet but all the sites I have seen charge for this information. I was wondering if there are any free services or programs I can use?

Im a bit of an amateur please could you tell me where I can input the IPs I want to check?

My bad they changed the layout abit, its now WHOIS Lookup field, not the abuse title it was before. Try that.

 

I just looked up 4 of the main IPs which keep trying to access me, they are all in China! I havent a clue why. Im going to go read up more on this kinda stuff on this site now.
