I have a WGT624 Netgear router and I wanted to know how I can make my IP address remain the same every time I connect or disconnect from the internet so that I don't have to change it every time, because I host a server.

You probably will need to contact your ISP and arrange for a static IP address.

As Dread_2004 stated you will need to contact your ISP and get a static IP address. Once you have this IP from your ISP you will need to setup IPMap's in the router for internal IP's on your network.
