Ip changer

I want an app that changes my Ip everytime i go on the net.
Maybe every 5 10 seconds..

What you are asking is not logical to begin with...IP addresses are unique identifiers like the address of a house....you send mails out with return address of your house then change your address even before the other parties mail comes back, so what happens now?

I am not sure why you even need that...if you explain the reasons then I am sure someone could give you a more logical alternative....if you want security try a Hardware Firewall, if not at least a free software firewall...there are also anonymity programs that filters your IP making it invidible to the Internet while you surf but from what I read they are either dont do a good job or even worse they use up too much bandwitdh....

 

I am pretty sure he doesnt mean to change his hard ip, but to use a ip masking utility that will put out a false ip.

 

IP's are not the only unique identifier, your nic card has what is known as a MAC address and is non-changeable.
