IP filter ---trouble shooting help?

Hi:

I've share with 4 people in the house using a D-link router. few days ago I used Filter to block other computers for connection, however, now I cant access to the Internet.
I tried to accessed router and unticket the block list, however I cant even get into the router. I think I blocked my own Ip address.
Is anyone can help me with this???
Reset router will be ok???? ( router is put in a locked room)

Your best bet at this point is to reset the router to degault setting and start over. There is a pin hole you use a paperclip on the side of the router, just stick it in there and wait (5 seconds?) until the light flashes and it should be as it came out of the box.
