Iphone 6 Won't Stay Connected To Home Wifi

I have Cox cable 300 MBPS with Panoramic network. After a home remodel, the wireless device was relocated. I have an outside antenna for my Dell Win 7 laptop that works fine. But now my Iphone 6 keeps dropping the WIFI signal and switching to LTE. If I try to update anything, it says connect to WIFI. It has gotten to be a major PIA to deal with this. It creates problems with sending or receiving pics via text.
I tried to share my I/C with the laptop, but it seems to be to no avail.
Any ideas are appreciated. TIA

Hi

Is the iOS at latest version? (check you have latest version) or did this start happening after an iOS update?
I'm guessing all other devices work ok still on the wifi? any other iPhones at all in house and are they ok?
