ipod touch - deleted videos, darn - Help!

Ok, my son deleted somes videos off his ipod touch that I made and I was wondering is there a way to retrieve them. Does an ipod have a recycle bin?

Ok, I tried the Recuva and it doesn't see the ipod, even though it shows in the My Computer list as, I guess, a portable device. No drive listed for the ipod.

Anyone has another suggestion on how to recover the deleted ipod home videos and personal pics.

Ok, I tried the Easeus software and it didn't even see the ipod attached to my laptop.

Yes, With various advanced programs, you can recover them, the files are just hidden when you delete them, Im not an expert on this though.
