Ipod touch HELP

I don't use itunes, I dont have it on my computer, never used it

which leads me to next issue

For some reason I am LOCKED out of using FIND FRIENDS app on my ipod touch
I can still use everything else, just not FRIEND FINDER(or whatever it's called)

THis means I get DROPPED IN on, without warning.....(not that I run around my house nude or eat pizza off my chest while watchin' REAL STORIES OF THE ER and Murder, She Wrote, on my TV/computer)
I don't do this,(manily cause I cant see shit iwth catacts, yet I still drive? shhhhh)

So when I type in my password, which I know is correct. I am toid I have to go to

which ends up giving me 3 choices
1 connnect to ITUNES via my computer, which I don't do cause I dont have a working cord to hook it to my compouter, AND i dont have Itunes on my computer

2 Makes me answer secrutiry questions, which I don't get right and I have no idea what the heck I answered 3 yrs ago when I set thjis up

3 I type in my email, which is the SMARTEST things and I am supposed to be sent a password link.....my email is also my APPLE ID, yet I nevber get a password

I am wanting to go to an APPLE STORE and have them fix this issue, but is there something Im missing?

 

I called the apple store, they tried to help me, yesterday and told me APPLE will call me 4 hours ago today

They called me, and I told them my problem
1 I have an IPOD TOUCH
2 I CAN"T USE MY APPLE PASSWORD WHEN I DO AI AM GIVEN A DISABLED POPup and toldI need to verify who I am and reset my password

I then go to the APPLE I FORGOT SITE and I have a choice
1 send an email to me(that I never get)
2 answer BAD questions(who is your favorite teacher, etc)

for 90 minutes I talked to 3 different people who kept telling me go BACK AND FIGURE OUT THE SECRUITY questions.

I can't

But I know my email address MY BACKUP/EMERGENCY EMAIL address(which they make me have) and I know how I pay the bill, how many Iapple crap is on the acccount, etc.

APPLE doesnt know what to do
they keep putting me on HOLD with this appalling country music which is very loud

finally the final guy I talked to, sends me anail whith c seays

so I should get an email tomorrow with a link that is good for 3 hours to get a new password

the Ipod touch was a gift,..I rarely use it, but I hate aooke
sheesh

please note, I wrote this post with cataracts and Im getting surgery in 52 hours
