    Hi all

A long shot here! My wife dropped her Ipod into her cup of tea and (unsurprisingly!) it's lost its charge. Any bright ideas for getting it working again or should I just bite the bullet and claim on insurance?

    Thanks for assistance.

any chance it just needs to dry out and it will work eventually? you may have to take it apart and dry it out that way.

I'd agree with thesmokingun and have my touch infront of me now and you'd definatly need a guide to help you through it, here is one from ifixit.

I would though be likely with my own if this happend to pop it in a warm but not very hot place for a few days to see if it dries out first.
