ips tags

im having a bit of trouble seting up a website. at first i set it up with www.streamline.net
and i wanted to switch to www.ukreg.com because my freind recomended it.
so i got streamline to change the ipstags to 'fasthost' the one required by ukreg but then when i tryed to ad hosting to the domain name ukreg sent me an email saying

Hosting for the domain oleedee.co.uk appears to already exist on our system.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this as we can't delete another
customers files, or force them to do this. The company that owns the hosting
for this account with us is Dollamore Ltd, you will need to contact them in
order to have this removed, unfortunately due to the data protection act
I cannot give anymore details about this account away.

i have no idea what is going on here? am i risking loosing ownership of the domain?!

what should i do?

 

for your information i just got a email from uk reg explaining

Dear Oleedee,

Streamline.net use our back-end systems in their hosting solutions, hence, if a domain is hosted on the Streamline systems then it is effectively hosted on our systems. The domain registrar is irrelevent in this regard.

You will need to get Streamline to 'remove services' for the domain, oleedee.co.uk. Once they have done this then you will be able to add hosting for the domain oleedee.co.uk.
