IRQ conflicts

hi after reviewing my IRQ connections it looks like i have quite a few problems, well so it seems can anyone please assess this screenshot and see if i need to change the duplicate addresses

Don't mess for no reason. Do you actually have a problem on the pc?

well i was reading oblivion problems, and my pc is as follows
2 gb ram
3ghz prescott cpu
6800xt geforce 256mb graphics card
i can play the game on full settings on a screen size just one setting lower than 1024X786 but as soon as i put it to that screen settings, even with all the settings on low im getting a poor fps and laggy play, but its totally fine on the other screen size, i just dont like it lol

 

Try this first

Go to Control Panel
Choose Display
Choose Troubleshooting tab
Reduce the hardware acceleration slider from100% or whatever in steps of 5%.
With luck and a fair breeze you might find a setting that works.
