Is 63C too hot?

It seems pretty hot to me, on warm days my cpu gets up to 63C after some WoW playing and the tiny fan on my video card is loud as hell at times, what would you suggest?

My Specs

Hp Pavillion 750n
P4@1.6ghz
Nvidia GeForce 5200FX128mb
80gbMaxtor hd
512mb RAM

I have a cpu fan that is connected to an airduct with a fan at the back of the computer and a tiny fan on the video card.

Right now it is only at 48C but when it is warm outside and when I play games it gets very hot.

Depending on case design, can you fit a fan in the front to draw cooler air in?

Have you cleaned the inside of your case, do the fans have fluff hanging off the fins? dust is a heat magnet.

I cleaned the case about a month ago, and I don't think there is a place to mount another fan, not sure though, it is my dads PC so he might have a problem with me just opening it up, and he is on like 14 hours a day playing WoW.

every so often you need may need to apply more thermal paste to the cpu/heat-sink. After a while of hot running, it begins to ooze away from the hot spot.

63 is to hot. my P4 @ 3.2ghz never ges above hmm around 55 ish.. and thats twice as fast as your core. You either need A) thermal paste or B) new CPU and videocard fan.
