Is Freetelly (tv Addons) Safe To Download

1. i was going 2 download this (freetelly) until i saw the you tube videos posted by solo man & joe nobody. because of it's relation to tv addons, i'm now wondering if i should. both these guys slammed tv addons pretty hard. being a newbie to kodi, media streaming, htpc and the like i doubt that i'm qualified to make the decision (is it safe or not).
   if it were just one, i'd think, "he's got an axe to grind" but two, makes me think maybe there's some substance to their comments.
