I go to this other forum(don't be mad MGs, I have to see other forums, I have needz!)
and I have started to(just today) get this message and not be able to access the forum

is this about me or them?

I think its them, as I have no issues with this forum.(wheew!)

 

This is about them. Whomever they are using for hosting has different "packages" with specific resource and bandwidth usage limits. If the forum exceeds those limits in a given amount of time, it will be restricted/cut off until the next payment cycle. The forum needs to request and pay for more resources/bandwidth.
