Is it okay to ask this question...?

Hello and sorry my first post is so juvenile.

Where can I find real help with emule? Someone keeps requesting my sharedfileslist and emule keeps denying them. I want to know if this normal or what I should do?

 

your post is not juvinile, believe me, im suprised i didnt have to ask how to turn the puter on. (and am still not sure im doing that right lol) your post might get bumped to software or something though so the 'real' geeks can answer. in addition, (if you havnt already) read the lecture at the top of the support forum so you know what info they will require. anyway WELCOME and aloha
