Is it okay to post a link to my website?

Hi, geeks,

I haven't posted here much, but have learned a lot by reading, and had some fun in the Lounge way back when, when I first logged on.

I tried to find an answer to my question by reading the FAQs and newbie welcome threads, but I didn't see the answer.

Is it okay for me to post a link to a website I just put online? It features info on a novel I wrote that was just published (soft sci-fi), and I'm hoping to share this thought-provoking and entertaining story with the world.

When in doubt contact Major Attitude, but I don't see why you couldn't put it in "Interesting Weblinks". If it gets pulled you will be given a reason. Hope that helps and congrats on being "Published"

 

Hey, BC, thanks for your reply and for the congrats! A story years in the making and revised numerous time to keep current, could soon become an "overnight success."

Think I'm gonna just post the link under Interesting Weblinks and see what happens. I'm good at taking lumps when deserved but, hopefully, it will be okay.
