Is It Possible To Be On The Internet While In Safe Mode?

I don't know if this is the proper forum for this question, if not, please move it.
My question:
I know this may be a silly question, but I have to ask it. I know safe mode is a diagnostic tool to deal with computer problems. But many times, I wish I could get on the Internet from safe mode, to deal with some of the problems I've had. If you can get on the Internet in safe mode, I haven't figured it out. If it IS possible, please tell me the steps involved to do it. Thanks.

 

Not a silly question at all.
You can enter "Safe Mode with Networking" the same way as you enter "Safe Mode". You just need to use your arrow key to highlight that option and hit Enter.
