    it is possible to reduce its ping by altering the routing of the packets using a chaining of proxies?
    I know that the routing is made in an optimum way thx to the BGP protocol but is it really that optimum ?
    then my question is as follows: is there some programs which can calculate the best routing using a list of proxies or at least is it technically possible?
