Is It Possible

    Neighbor claims her Dell Inspiron Laptop has been "Taken Over" by new user. She starts up (after a trip where she took it with her) and a new User is the only log on option. She logs on and there are new desktop pics of this "New User". I can find no trace of her on the PC thus far. I have added her as a user w/all rights, but we can't delete this user. I try to del and PC stops responding. No luck in Safe Mode. Can I get rid of him?

    Any thoughts?
