Is it safe to exclude this from future Spybot scan results?

This always shows up in my Spybot - Search & Destroy scan results.

Is it something I should be concerned about, or can I exclude it from future scans?

    Thanks, - Rob

If you have mcafee or norton installed, they will disable these keys.

If that is the case, you can ignore it.

Spybot is just notifying you that they are disabled.

Why do they do that? Well, they each monitor your antivirus settings. MS felt the need to help those, who don't monitor your antivirus settings. Mcaffee and Norton want their way.
