I'm building a new computer, and I was wondering if it would be better to go with Low Latency Dual Channel DDR 400 Ram, or to go for higher frequency ram but with higher latency. I want to overclock my computer which is why I'm wondering which would be better?

mhz, then latency. but remember: do NOT get any faster mhz than what you'll need. the faster the mhz, the higher the latency, basically.
