Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 280 Black

I'm wondering if my AIO temps are correct? I was playing Elden Ring earlier today with maxed out settings and it peaked around 95-100C before I left the game. I then briefly played a game called Flotsam (much less intense) but again the CPU climbed toward 90-91C. Both games averaged about 14% load. Are these temps right for my CPU that seems incredibly high considering the throttle temp is 105C. I will say according to MSI Afterburner the CPU was running at 5800 MHz. I don't have a lot of experience with liquid cooling this is my first.

Under Maximum Turbo Power, that cpu can use up to 250 watt. So I am no expert at all on this but it will get hot regardless of type of cooling. As long as it stays under thermal throttling temps you should be ok? I think. Maybe someone will correct me if I am mistaken.

Everything I see says this is normal. What are your temps at idle?
