Is my computer tv tuner compatable?.

I have an emachines T6420, not sure on the psu source. But how much do tv tuners cost and would my computer be able to use one?.

I know it has a pcie slot for any top of the line graphics card, would that work are they diffrent?.

 

They all have pci slots, for modems, usb cards, wireless cards, most have at least two, the pci-e is not the same as you allready know, its the other slots[pci]. ed

 

Hmm, do i need a special tv or does any tv work?. Would i need a better psu?. Whats an average price for a tv tuner?.
