    Looks good to me. Don't forget a video card if you don't have one laying around. You could save a little on the mobo if you do not need RAID or SLI.

    CPU might help;)


    IMO, PSU is Weak, I'd recommend doubling your budget in this area

    There are several more I'd reccommend at Newegg but they are all over $100, the ones I posted above, I felt were good bang for the buck.
    More bucks can buy a bigger bang:major
