Hello. My question is. Today I turn on Division 2 after console being idle overnight , and when i was on loading 14% its shuts off.
So i turn back on again console. Next time it turned off when i left game idle for few hours. ( lobby character screen )

Is my XBox One X psu faulty? I have plugged to wall directly,to power cord. There was not power outage.

It just shuts down, like pressing power button to off. And not any overheating message. Working fine again.

Also after shutdown there was not any error message,or any overheating message.

Also that not happens in other games.

    User abuse again?

Use it as it is designed to be used for a few weeks, keep it elevated off the carpet, switch it off and disconnect it from the power socket (we know you have power issues at home) when you're not playing.

Can you download a fresh copy of Division 2 as well?

Its not power problem in house. Because only console is turning off . And breaker is not tripped. Other devices are on.

Also on Division 2 forum peoples get the same shutdowns in this game only.

Small fluctuations of power can occur that don't trip breakers but might have an impact elsewhere.

Perhaps the XBox One X doesn't remove all the loaded Division 2 files from RAM after exiting the game and this impacts what you get when it's been left connected and unattended?

Do the other reporters of Division 2's shutdowns also leave their devices connected all night? Have they run any exit game/shutdown switch back on/restart game routines as a test?

It's still worth testing with a fresh game download and 'normal' conservative power usage.

It is only in this game. Very rarely it will shutdown xbox. No any error or overheating message. Just normal shutdown. Other devices in home working like it should. So its related to xbox/game issue. Also power cord is fine.

Other users report the same issue on division 2ubi forum or reddit.

Then it's a game issue, contact the developers or request a refund.

But how to understand that game is shutdown console? For logic?

"Perhaps the XBox One X doesn't remove all the loaded Division 2 files from RAM after exiting the game" - any 'bad' files loaded into RAM can affect standard OS background processes.
