Is There A Checker That Displays Which Softwares Need Upgrades For Windows 10 ?

    Hi,
I am win 7 64 bit pro, planning now for the big task of going over to windows 10 (must decide if go pro or standard).
Before I embark on listing in excel all the progs I have, and manually searching the internet for each and everyone and compatability with win10, what upgrades are required, costs etc, I am wondering if there is a SAFE tool I can run that will do this ? Is there a risk of letting nasties in as it will be such an action that sad types that write bugs will be looking for.

Also as I have an OEM win7 64bit pro (sold to me without knowing it was OEM) I am thinking to overcome the refusal for support Msoft gave on day 1, I need to buy win10 non OEM and install that. Some say load win10 on top of win764bit pro, others say nuke drive and start afresh. The old way in xp and 7 days was the latter, though with 120 progs to reinstall its going to take ages.
