Is There A Newer Version Of Winternals Erd Commander?

When I was on the helpdesk during my 23 yr tenure as a contractor for the FAA we would have people that would forget their password or would leave and we would need to get into a computer/laptop that for various reasons. We had a tool called Winternals ERD Commander that was on a bootable cd and with that we could boot to the cd and easily change any password. I'm in a bit of dilemma right now with my girlfriends laptop with Win7 Home that she hasn't used in a few years and doesn't know the password.......... I tried using my Winternals 2003 ERD Commander and it does the BSOD right when it gets to 100% loading. I'm thinking this is because it's an old version of ERD. I've tried doing a search for a newer version but the only thing I'm coming up with is Sysinternals which so far doesn't seem to have the feature I'm looking for. Can anyone tell me if there is a newer version of the ERD commander?? TIA........

Winternals /Systernals was purchased by Microsoft, the ERD is now MS DaRT. With some Google FU you can find the two files you need to make a Win 10 DaRT iso.
MSDaRT100.msi , Windows Assessment Deployment Kit , and the PE add on- all are free if you're a MS subscriber.
