nope. Imagine how insecure that would make the OS.

On a hunch, boot to Safe Mode, log into Administrator.

If it asks for a password, try a blank one.

Any admnistrator account can change your account password.

No removing the password does not delete his files.

    Removing his account may.

There may be a way to stop this in the future, but Im drawing a blank atm.

Next time make them use the Guest account :p

Get the program secret explorer from MG. It can grab most windows saved passwords in the realm of protected storage.

Bern is this your user account or your cousins that you are trying to delete as you say MY PASSWORD?

if you can access your account and you are admin you can delete or change his account, one thing to try is and your account needs to be the ADMIN account also as Adrynalyne said you need to be in safe mode.........

First off I would do what Adryn said and see if when in safe mode and loged in as Admin you can just delete the user account if that doesnt work try this below to reset the user password and then delete it....

Open the Run box and type the following command, and then click OK:

    control userpasswords2

Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then then click Reset Password,

Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK.
