Is there a Plug In for.......

    I have an issue which I come accross often where I cannot access a website because it is too busy. Is there a plug in available which can automatically keep trying(or 'refreshing') the web address until it succesfully downloads the page?

    Firefox.... But I'd be interested to know if it's available for others if not for that...
