    Hi. Just wondering if there is a way to make a desktop icon for a Win+K keystroke. I know it seems really lazy that I would rather click on an icon rather than use a keystroke combo. I looked it up on the 'net but it appears it is beyond my understanding cuz it involves script writing. Any help is appreciated Tim Tibbits. Maybe you will do one of your fabulous YouTube video tutorials on the subject. Thanks

    Have a play with AutoHotkey. Haven't used it recently myself but it should be able to do what you want.

    Download & install AutoHotKey, open notepad & enter
    Send, {LWin down}
    Send, {k}
    Send, {LWin up}

    save as "whatever.ahk", then when you click it (assuming you associated .ahk with AHK) it will do the key strokes.
    You can create shortcuts to the ahk file or move it where ever you need it.

    This worked perfectly. Exactly what I was looking to accomplish. Thanks for writing the code :)
