Is There a Way To Rearrange Order of the System Tray Icons in Win2k?

i've been trying to figure out a diy fix for rearranging the order of my system tray icons in win2k. i found a couple of programs that purport to do this, but one of them has a defunct address (tray wizard) and the other, ps tray factory, is very pricey for what it does and doesn't save the icon order anyway.

i'd like to know if there's a way to do this myself or another program which will do this.
