Is there a way to rescue lost ISP emails?!

Is there anyway at all to rescue lost ISP emails from Yahoo?
My children are being abused on a daily basis and all of my court documents were in my yahoo account.
They temporarily disabled my account, but won't say why, even tho I have had this same email address for 6 yrs with no problems. They tell me there is no way to rescue, but I wasn't locked out of my account until I installed yahoo messenger. Then it took me almost a week of sending emails back and forth to get back into my account.
Can anyone please help me?!
