Is there ever an end?

OK, now I can boot my PC (to those of you who have been following the history), and I have now put a dial-up modem in the PC and am connecting with Netzero.

For some reason the dial-up connection randomly hang ups. In doing so it totally freezes my PC....the mouse, keyboard etc won't work. CTRL+ALT+DEL etc does nothing. I basically have to power down and re-boot. Also if I initiate the disconnection from Netzero the PC totally freezes.

If anyone has any expereince of this and can suggest anything I could try it would be greatly appreciated, as my head is beginning to hurt from hitting it against this wall next to me

This maybe a hardware issue...not sure...so will be grateful if Admin would move this thread if considered appropriate please! All I want to do is webcam with my kids
