Is there no excel reader here?

I looked in the microsoft list of programs and there is no excel reader. Is there no excel reader on here?

Do you mean to read Excel XLS files?

Use open office to read and write Excel files.

If you dont have Excel installed then as mentioned Open Office is good and free, but also their are Excel Viewers here

I tried open office. It sucks. It lost my data. Yes to read xls files.

Hummm I have used open office several times without any problems....but hey, if you are not happy with the results, then you should try the viewers that Halo has suggested.

Well several people have ranted and raved about open office so I tried it once and I didn't like it at all so I got rid of it. I tried it again recently. I was putting data in the spreadsheet, saving, putting data in, saving, and then noticed a large piece of data was missing. I got rid of it again and its not coming back this time.
