Is there such a thing as a wysiwyg PHP editor ???

Havent been able to find a freeware wysiwyg PHP editor.
Looked at MG downloads, but couldnt find, or figure out.
Not even sure there is such a program, freeware or not.
Suggestions ?

Seems there are 'inside web pages editors'... ie
"CKEditor is a text editor to be used inside web pages. It's not a replacement for desktop text editors like Word or OpenOffice, but a component to be used as part of web applications and web sites."
Am not at all experienced with 'inside web page editors'... maybe will have to be ?
But is there a wysiwyg 'desktop php editor'... ie with an '.exe' file ?

Sounds like the only way to edit a PHP file with a wysiwyg program is online.
This is the gist of a response from a forum all about Notepad++.

"If you look for a wysiwyg for PHP, you have to run a PHP-Server in the background. Just look for Netbeans. I use Netbeans too. The advantage of Netbeans is that you can debug PHP-Scripts, which is very usefull. I think there is a Eclipse PHP-Version out there. But I couldn't get it working."

Apparently there is no 'desktop editor' for PHP files.
Am not that familiar with 'online server editing', so am looking into that.
Any suggestions on online tutorials ?
