Another popular one is CDBurnerXP, although, like mcsmc I use ImgBurn for most of what I do. Depending on what you're trying to do, you might take a look here to see if something better suites your needs.

 

I like imgburn for ISO files but have, personally, found CDburnerXP more reliable for data discs. (When going back to an old data disc after several months those burnt with CDburnerXP are almost always recognized but some with burned with imgburn are not.)
