I downloaded Foobar 2000 today. Every time I try to open it I get the User Account Control message, "do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer?". I have no other program that causes this to pop up every time I attempt to use it so I'm suspicious. Just what changes would it want to make? Thanks, P

It seems odd that it needs admin level permissions.

What is the exact app name requesting them?

Ruh Roh! I downloaded it from CNET. I'll get rid of this copy and try again.
The app asking the permission is Foobar 2000. That's all it says.
    Thanks,
    P

It's name is foobar 200, but it's in a folder called appdata\roaming. I don't know what that means, but this roaming business sounds ominous!
