Sadly, no. That's a registered ECC module and you need unregistered non-ECC. Also, if you can afford it, I would strongly suggest a reputable retailer or a place like Newegg, TigerDirect, or MemoryX. Crucial sell their own brand on their website. A seller on eBay is a lot less likely to give you tech support and a good warranty than a place like one of the above.

And remember, Dell systems don't need memory with heat sinks!
