Is this enough power?

Ok I'm building a brand new PC for a friend. We ordered all the parts, and are good to go on that. I already had a brand new power supply that is 350Watts and I want to know if that is enough power for their system. They do ZERO gaming...the most intensive task will be solitaire on this thing, and maybe some microsoft word or listening to some occasional music. Anyway here's the specs.

    AMD 3200+ Venice (Socket 939)
Biostar motherboard (Has integrated 6100 graphics which they will be using)
    1 GB PC3200 ram
A single 250 Gig Hard Drive
    And a Single CD burner.

Again like I said...nothing processor, or video intensive...using integrated video, integrated audio, integrated LAN. no peripheral cards whatsoever. Running WinXP Home

Anyway here is my situation. I ordered a nicer 550 Watt power supply just incase BUT they said that if the one I already have will get the job done, then I can KEEP the 550 Watt as part of my payment. My computer does need a new one...the one I have actually fried/melted the floppy connector the other day. It is going kind of haywire on me...but I use my computer every day and have no alternative for the moment....basically I desperately need one but can't really afford a new one at the moment.

    Here are my specs

AMD 3000+ Venice (Socket 939) Overclocked from 1.8GHz to 2.4GHz
1 GB Corsair XMS Ram (Overclocked with the processor)
    7600GT Video Card
    Standard CD ROM
    Lightscribe DVD Burner.
    160 GB Samsung HDD

My current power supply is only 450 Watts (and probably below that because it came with my case....el cheapo)

Really, I just need to know if the 350 is sufficient for their basic PC, so that I can help myself out in the situation as well since my pc is used primarily for games.
