I need opinions from people who have used it,not someone who reads about it.

 

How about forming your own opinion and trying it out. Honestly, a few tenths of a second gain while surfing the net is petty in my book.

 

Any idea how to work it in opera.

I just tried this page on IE and it says 9.5 seconds saved.
Configured the proxy in opera but no change in opera.

 

Not knowledgeable in Opera, but could it already have some time saving device (or lack of bulky code like IE) built in?

 

I am sure it is working because once I configure the proxy opera stops working if i stop google web accelerator.

But no change in speed at all.

This makes me wonder if opera is allready using something similar,why doesnt it speed up anything in opera.Maybe this will lead us to solve the mystery of why opera is so fast.
