is this malware?

when I type on this forum or other forums, My screen will flash and then my cursor is gone.. so I'll have to use my mouse to click on the text writing part again.
this is brand new and I run MSE, ccleaner and dont go to unsafe sites....should I just restore the computer?
I had an issue where I couldnt print anymore, I think it was from a update as when I restored to before the update, I could print again
or is there an easy way to find/fix this problem without going through all those steps I dont understand in the removal thread:-D
