I recently upgraded my video card to nVidea 7600 GT. Installed a game ( FEAR ) to see if I could see a difference in graphics. The game would not install. Apparently access was denied to shared documents.

Now I notice that C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible. "Access is denied".

Everything else seems to be working fine.

Thanks if anyone can shed light on this.
