   i have a radeon 9600 with 256 mb and i used to have a blower under it but it wasnt right under the hs, so i decided... hm that might be ristricing cooling... so i took the blower and now have it blowing the air on the hs with no problems it keeps it cool so is it safe and more ocable now?
