Is this thought possible?

    Hi!
    To all Networking experts, I'm sorry if the question isn't clear or even
    wrong from the beginning, but Networking isn't really my field.

    I was asked if there was a possibility to use two Internet connections, the
    first one is ISDN, the second is ADSL, simultaneously, where the server that
    is giving the Internet connection can choose which one to use based on the
    use (browsing - the server chooses ISDN, downloading - the server chooses
    ADSL). The server runs Linux OS, the clients run Windows XP Pro.

    No it is Not possible to control traffic this way with regular devices and software.
